Drinkers at The Singleton have access to a wide variety of malts that range in flavor, age, and finish. Our love and enthusiasm for creating perfectly balanced, rich but smooth whiskies that are delectable from the first sip fuel the creation of our single malt whiskey.
We distill our spirit very carefully to provide the fruity and delicate flavor that makes this whisky delightful from the first taste. We distill our spirit at a lower temperature than other distilleries do use copper pot stills with an onion form. In order to encourage a longer distillation, we also run our spirit stills twice as long as our wash stills. This progressive procedure eliminates impurities from the liquid while increasing copper contact.
